My signature intensive. Designed for the woman who is ready for a total 180° reset. A unique combination of deep mindset coaching, personal training, and nutrition to help you get your mind, your body, and your spark back.

Clients must train at least 2× a week independently to ensure progress. If you already have a training routine, we can pivot to a coaching-only model for €1,800 (total for 12 weeks, incl. VAT). Limited spots available to ensure high quality.

20 min. Complimentary A relaxed, no-pressure conversation to see where you are and where you want to be. We'll talk about your goals and decide which program — Return to Self or Return & Rebuild — is the right fit for you.
02 The deep dive (intake)
We begin with a thorough intake session of your chosen program. From here, I customize the program to your specific needs.
03 Your 12-week transformation
We move into the core of the work, addressing every layer of your system. Together, we'll release old patterns, calm your nervous system, and rebuild your confidence from the inside out.
04 Integration & the next chapter
Optional At the end of our 12 weeks, we'll celebrate your progress and decide what's next. Whether your journey feels complete or whether you want to extend or transition into flexible, ongoing support.

FAQ

Are the coaching sessions available in Dutch?
Yes. Sessions are available in both Dutch and English.
Will this take up too much of my time?
No. I know how busy you are, so we adjust the pace to fit your life. But look at it this way: the whole point of this journey is to finally start making time for yourself.
Is this covered by insurance?
No. I work independently so I can focus 100% on what you actually need, without being held back by standard rules or time limits.
Am I a good candidate for hypnotherapy?
Everyone is. Hypnotherapy is increasingly recognised in science and medicine for its effectiveness in treating stress, anxiety, and deep-seated patterns. If you are open to the process and ready for change, you can benefit from it. Most people notice meaningful shifts within just a few sessions.
Will I lose control under hypnosis (like what I see on TV)?
Not at all. You remain fully aware, in control, and able to speak or open your eyes at any moment. You cannot be "made" to do or say anything against your will.
Is Return & Rebuild a weight loss programme?
It can be. We focus on health and strength first, but when you fix your stress and nutrition, weight loss usually happens naturally as your body finds its balance.
Why strength training?
Strength training is essential for a woman's hormonal health and mental clarity. It's about feeling strong, capable, and "at home" in your skin. A strong physical foundation is the ultimate support for a powerful mind.
How do the training sessions work online?
Online training is highly effective. We connect via Zoom, where I guide your form and technique in real-time. All you need is a mat, a camera, and enough space. Your own body weight is a perfect starting point.
